Purchasing FAQs


Buying photos online and basic ordering info:

Q. How do I order photos?

A. Visit our site www.frontlinefoto.com and click on the Find Your Photos icon. Find the name and date of your event in the events listed and click on your event. Enter the password printed on your passcard, review your photos, click on the ones you want to purchase to add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout via our secure site.


Q. When will my photos arrive?

A. Your photos are shipped using standard shipping unless otherwise specified and will arrive in 3-10 business days from date of purchase.

Q. Why do I pay Shipping and Handling on digital images?

A. A Frontline production team member carefully processes each digital file order one by one to ensure maximum image quality and sizing. This is not an automated system and as such the shipping and handling charges cover the time and effort put into completing your order.

Q. What does my order package contain?

A. Your order package will contain your photos, an order receipt, additional information about other photography items you can purchase from your event and a feedback form to let us know about your experience with us.


Q. How can I pay for my photos?

A. You can pay by credit card, debit card, cash or check (made payable to Frontline Photography).


Q. How long does it take to receive my digital file after I've ordered it?

A. Digital file orders are processed and emailed by the following business day


Q. How long will the photos from my event be available online?

A. We keep your event open online for ordering for three months from the date the event was originally posted.


Q. How do I use my gift certificate code?

A. At check out, you will be asked if you have a gift certificate code to use. Enter your code in the marked box and the appropriate amount will be deducted from your total purchase amount.


Q. I can't remember the password to my event. How can I access my photos online?

A. Please call the Frontline Photography corporate offices at 206-621-9977 or toll free at 1-800-471-6065 and one of our Account Managers can give you your event password.
